The Digital Aquarium video series is the creation of David J Cowan Sr. David is a Scuba Diving Instructor and underwater videographer living and working in South Florida.
Several years ago I began receiving feedback from the local special needs educational community that my Digital Aquarium series of undersea videos had very specific benefits to the special needs community, especially autistic children when used as calming strategy or transitioning tool.
